Job Responsibility 

1.Assist the business operations manager in planning, organizing and coordinating functions relating to the operation of the business.

2.Keep up to date with the current market trends and industry forecasts.

3.Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues.

4.Oversee receiving orders and stock control from the sales report.

5.Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate.

6.Complete all the operational requirements of the store with the supervision of the operation manager.

7.Appraise, monitor, and plan tasks to be given to individual staff members provided by the OM.

8.Discipline, counsel, and coach employees to maintain positive result generation.

9.Recognize future and present requirements by customer’s service.

10. Establish good rapport with existing and potential customers

11. Collaborate with other members of staff that have good understanding about service requirements

12. Organize training, orientation, and supervise all departmental staffs

13. Manage office supplies stock and place orders

14. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets

15. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

16. Ensure functionality of necessary office equipment, and requisitioning new equipment and supplies as needed.

17. Creating reports and memos for managers and senior-level officers as needed

18. Offer assistance in organizing events, including ordering materials and requisitioning meeting spaces and also helping in marketing activities.

19. Attend meetings and record notes and messages for managers and senior-level officers

20. Work closely with the operations manager to oversee daily business operations

21. Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office.

22. Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance

23. Help with the onboarding process including screen and interviewing candidates

24. Train new hires as necessary and ensure policies and procedures are followed

25. Perform administrative duties, such as maintaining employee database and sorting emails for the HR department

26. Maintain proper records of employee attendance and leaves

27. Assist Manager in policy maintenance, hiring and salary administration

28. Submit online job postings, shortlist candidates and schedule job interviews

29. Taking interview coordinating with the Managing director and Operation Manager

30. Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees

31. Ensure smooth communication with employees and timely resolution to their queries

32. Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties

33. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

34. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)

35. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

36. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)

38. Assisting any additional work provided by the management.


Educational Requirements

1.     Bachelor degree (Mejor’s in HRM)

2.     Masters’ degree (preferable)

(Both degrees should be from a well reputed University)

 

Experience Requirements: 3-5 Years

 

Additional Requirements

  • Priority will be given to the experienced candidates for the previous Job history in the Super shop (Shwapno, Agora, Dhali, UniMart etc), Retail Pharmacy (like Lazz Pharma, Tamana Pharmacy etc.) at Gulshan, Banani, Uttara, Bashundhara.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

      Model Pharmacy, Super store, Retail store
